Hi, my name is Kevin. Great to meet you!
Below you will find a brief look into my coaching and training career.
I graduated from Keene State College in 2008 with a BS in Health Science. After graduation, I interned for five months at Cressey Sports Performance in Hudson, Massachusetts where I had the opportunity to coach and learn under Eric Cressey and the coaching staff.
Afterwards I joined Boston Sports Club in Woburn, Massachusetts when they opened their doors in December 2008. While there I led the training staff in client retention and personal training sessions.
After one year at Boston Sports Club, I left to accept a position at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning (Ranked #1 Gym in America by Men’s Health Magazine) in Woburn, Massachusetts in October 2009. Over the course of almost eight years at MBSC I coached a wide demographic of athletes and clients, from middle school, high school and college athletes to adults looking to maximize their quality of life. While there I co-founded three companies through MBSC including the Certified Functional Strength Coach certification which has set a new standard for certifications in the fitness industry.
My coaching career has allowed me to travel the world educating hundreds of other coaches throughout the USA and across the globe from Germany to Japan.
In April 2006, I started The FitCast, a fitness and nutrition podcast while a sophomore at Keene State. I have recorded more than 500 episodes and interviewed the best and brightest in the industry. In 2015, The FitCast was named Best Fitness Podcast by Men’s Health Magazine.
For certifications and credentials I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Certified Functional Strength Coach (also a co-founder) and Precision Nutrition Coach.
