Summer 2018 Group Schedule

When you sign up for Allied Strength Adult or Sports Performance Group Training you will lock in a specific day and time, either 2x/week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) or 3x/week (including Friday). While we will do our best to accommodate varied schedules, due to limited space, memberships must be for specific groups/times.

Below you will find all of the group training times. If you are interested in signing up, we request first that you stop by the facility so we can meet you and you can do a trial session. You can also contact us beforehand as well.
